Candidates with strong interpersonal skills, should be able to work with consultants; cheerful, reassuring, nurturing, warm person who can demonstrate this over the phone. Work with other experienced agents, also fill in when necessary to help cover phones, plan meetings Highly polished, service oriented, experienced onsite corporate agent for demanding corporate clientele.
